"Works fine most of the time"
I kind of assumed it might be hit or miss at first, but it’s been reliable most days. There have been a few small hiccups here and there, but overall it keeps working steadily

I gave crawlwith.us a try on a site I’d been putting off scanning because, i didn’t have the patience to babysit another slow crawl. To my surprise, pages started showing up quickly, and I didn’t have to keep making excuses to check back every few minutes to see if it was stuck. It’s a small thing, but it saved me a bunch of time. "Pretty solid crawl coverage"
I had a good feeling about the coverage after the first run, and it mostly lived up to that. It picked up the pages I was expecting and even surfaced a few I hadn’t thought to check. A couple of the reports felt a little slow to refresh, but nothing that really got in the way. Overall, it did what I needed

"Pretty solid for getting around blocks"
It worked well for me. Most sites loaded fine, and yeah, I still hit a couple of blocks here and there, but nothing like what I was dealing with before. I’d click around, things would mostly just work, and then every so often one site would be annoying, but overall it was a big improvement.

"Pretty painless to set up"
Getting started was a lot smoother than I thought it would be. I was expecting to dig through settings or spend a while reading docs, but it was straightforward.

I just went through the steps, added what I needed, and had it up and running fairly quickly. I’m not super technical, so I appreciated that everything was easy enough to follow.

I did have one small question at the beginning, but I figured it out without much trouble. Overall, it’s just nice when something works without turning into a whole project.

"Got the files right when I needed them"
The CSV and JSON files came through clean with no hassle. my timing was just terrible on this project, so I was already stressed, but at least the files were exactly how I needed them.

"Pretty easy to set up, even if not perfect"
I ended up using crawlwith.us for an API integration in our small dashboard, it was easier to get going than I expected. The docs were clear enough, and I had the first test running without a ton of back and forth, which I appreciated.
I did run into a small rate limit issue that took me a little while to sort out, but support got back to me and helped. I wouldn’t say everything is flawless yet, but it does the job well enough that I’m sticking with it for now.

"Seems to scale well for us"
We started out using crawlwith.us on a small batch of pages, then later pushed quite a bit more through it. From what I can tell, it handled the jump better than I expected. I don’t have a super detailed benchmark or anything, but we didn’t run into any major problems, aside from a few slower runs during busier times. Setup was fairly painless too. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the dashboard could still be a bit clearer, but overall it’s been solid for our needs.

"Support wasn’t bad, just not perfect"

"Easy enough, but I expected a smoother experience"
Overall, it wasn’t too hard to use and I was able to figure most things out quickly. That said, a few parts were confusing at first and made the experience feel less polished than I expected. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not perfect, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit considering the hassle...
